Q: How do I find my size?
A: Please go to the product page and find the size chart in the product description.


Q: How is the handle and care for the shirt?
A: Our clothes are very easy to be taken care of. You don’t need to send them to the dry cleaner. The best way is to hand-wash the clothes and iron it on low-temperature. Please wash separately from colored fabrics to avoid color transfer.


Q: Where do you manufacture the products?
A: We can proudly say that all the products are manufactured locally. We assure the best quality and craftmanship before shipping it to you.


Q: I want to buy dark or other color clothes. Are they colorfast? 
A: We try our best to make our items from fabric that hold color better. But just to be safe, please separate dark or bold color items from light or white ones to avoid color transfer. Especially for first time washing. Preferably, use a small amount of detergent as excessive amounts can encourage dye bleeding. Please also beware to pair our dark or bold color items with light or white color bags. Make sure your bag is well-coated to prevent unwanted color transfer.

All orders have to be made from the website. How to make a purchase?
1. Simply pick your favourite item and put it in the shopping cart
2. Fill in your e-mail address and contact information
3. Choose the shipping method
4. Review your order summary and klik "complete order"
5. You will be re-directed to payment page. Kindly finish the payment.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after you make an order. Once the order has been placed, you can't make any changes on the website. For further assistance, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp +62 813-8135-7788 Our operational hours is on Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 WIB.
Important notice! Payment has to be made within 1 x 24 hours after the order is placed. After the cut-off time, your order will automatically be cancelled by our system.

 

Q: This is the first time I’ve shopped at Elimadiary.com How are my card details saved?
A: We are using Xendit as our payment gateway. If you see your card details on the payment page, this means you’ve shopped at a different shop/business that is also using Xendit Express Checkout. Xendit allows you to save your card details to pay with any business that uses Xendit Express Checkout, to maximize your convenience.

 

Q: Why can’t I place my order manually via WhatsApp?

Q: What happens to out of stock items? Are they going to be available?
A: Out of stocks simply means they're not currently available to purchase. Some are incoming, some are sold out. We will restock some of the sold-out, and some will be discontinued. All the information regarding the "back in stock" items will be announced on our Instagram account. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to put you on the waiting list, so please purchase when the item(s) is still available on the website or at one of our stockists.

 
Q: How to arrange delivery with an instant motorbike (Go-Jek, Grab and others)?
A: If you live in Jabodetabek area and wish to have the item as soon as possible, please order through website and chat our Customer Service immediately via our WhatsApp number: +62 813-8135-7788 for further arrangement.


Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes, we do ship worldwide. Please order via Customer Service by e-mail: support@elimadiary.com or via our WhatsApp number: +62 813-8135-7788 as we need to calculate the shipping rate manually.

 

Q: What if I would like to exchange the item I purchased?
A: If you wish to exchange, please send an e-mail to support@elimadiary.com or text us via WhatsApp +62 813-8135-7788 and tell us your order number and reason for exchange. We will ask you to simply take your purchase to your local post office or use any instant courier/motorbike delivery to return the item. We do not cover the return cost if you want to exchange to other sizes or item(s).
